Publications

The monthly bulletin Partnery (Partners) highlights the best municipal practices, publishes interviews with local leaders, national and international politicians, as well as other officials that influence local government processes. The bulletin has specific sections and columns devoted to drafting of the national legislation, development of templates of local regulations, as well as technical assistance aimed at fostering municipal development and strengthening civil society. The English language digest of Partnery is published quarterly.				The Project publishes a bi-monthly journal Aspekty Samovriaduvannia (Aspects of Local Government). The journal focuses on a thorough analysis of the local government in Ukraine, its institutional development based on a wide international experience. The content of the Aspekty Samovriaduvannia is determined by the Editorial Board, which consists of well-known Ukrainian politicians and law-makers.
